Returns and cancellations

Doesn't the gear suit you? When shopping online, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

1. Notify us

Write to info@billigtfiskegrej.dk before the deadline and state that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please provide your order number, name, and the items in question. You do not need to provide a reason for your choice. Simply failing to collect the package is not sufficient.

2. Return the item

You must send the item back no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal. Pack it securely and keep the receipt for the shipment. You pay the direct costs of the return shipment. The price depends on the size of the package and the shipping company; long fishing rods may require special shipping. Contact us before shipping if you are in doubt about transportation.

Send with delivery to the address. We do not accept packages sent COD or packages sent to a parcel shop.

You may examine the item

You may examine the item as you would in a physical store. If you use it more than is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, you may be liable for any depreciation. Original packaging, tags, and instructions should be included, but missing packaging does not in itself nullify your right of withdrawal. Sale items have the same statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Get your money back

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification. If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will also refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered. Any surcharge for a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or documentation that it has been sent back, whichever comes first.

The money will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise with us. Any depreciation for which you are liable may be deducted.

Contact us if you want to exchange for a different size or model. We will help you find a practical solution.
